Pyramid Consulting Launched VetConnect Employee Resource Group (ERG) on Veterans Day

Last week we honored Veterans Day sharing the launch of the VetConnect Employee Resource Group (ERG)! The mission of VetConnect is to cultivate an inclusive environment that supports and encourages employees and consultants with a military affiliation to advance their skills and leadership potential through connection, mentorship, collaboration, and discussion.

Our VetConnect ERG Co-Sponsor and Ambassador, Susan Klemenc and Marvin Daugherty, MBA/MHR USAF retired joined our Head of DEI, LaShaun Solomon, MBA to kick off the week with an inspiring launch event featuring:

Betty Diaz – Head of Programs and Operations at Paramount Veterans Network and Military family member

Wayne Shanks – Supplier Diversity Director at USAA and US Army Veteran

Terra Thrash – IT Technical Project Manager at USAA and Active US Air Force
